A Great Australian Burger!
Not only does this burger satisfy all of those crazy cravings, but it's also so easy to make, of course with Maille Dijon mustard, honey mustard and Gherkins!
Add the gherkins, limes, avocado, coriander and Maille Dijon Mustard to a food processor and pulse to chop to a chunky paste.
Place the patties on a medium BBQ, or on a hot grill plate, or in a heavy base pan, and cook on each side for 3 minutes. (For vegetarian patties, cook in a hot nonstick pan until golden on both sides).
If you are adding cheese, add it on top of the patty after you flip it.
In the meantime, slice the buns, spread some of the gherkins paste on the bottom part, and use the leftover as a side dish with chips.
Smear the top bun with Maille Dijon Honey Mustard.
When ready, place the patties in the buns over the gherkins spread, add your preferred Aussie ingredients, and serve hot.
