Let’s keep it simple. Here is an easy 5-ingredients only, quick and very tasty lunch: a folded tortilla wrap sandwich with chicken breast and Maille cornichons (gherkins)!
Cut the bell pepper and chicken breasts into strips and cut 12 cornichons into thin slices.
Make a straight line cut into a tortilla from the center outward to the edge. This will help visualize 4 quarters.
On first quarter, put a slice of cheese.
On Second quarter, place some of the chicken breast strips.
On the third quarter, put some of the bell pepper strips and slices of cornichons on top.
On the fourth quarter, place another slice of cheese.
Fold the quarters over each other starting with the cheese one.
Grill the sandwich in the contact grill or fry it in the pan with some butter with a weight on the top.
Repeat for the other tortillas.
Serve hot, with Maille Cornichons (Gerkhins) on the side.
