Hungry for the fresh flavours of the summer fruits? Grill up this Maille's joyfully simple fruits & halloumi cheese salad with Maille zaatar vinaigrette!
Cut peaches or nectarines and halloumi cheese into large slices that won’t easily fall through BBQ grates. Spray lightly with olive oil and grill on medium high for 5-8 minutes until grill marks appear and fruits are caramelized. Set aside and let cool before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
Mix Maille White Balsamic Condiment, Maille Dijon Originale Mustard, lemon juice and olive oil to make the vinaigrette.
Place the grilled fruits and cheese in a platter. Add the fresh herbs, the zaatar blend and the vinaigrette on top and serve.
