Preheat the grill over medium heat.
Combine all ingredients except the fish fillet in small bowl with wire whisk.
Arrange the fish fillet skin side down on the grill, then pour some of the glaze over the top.
Grill the fillet covered for about 10 minutes.
Pour remaining glaze over top of the fillet and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Remove from the grill and serve hot.
