Start the week right with Maille Seafood BBQ. Follow the recipe for an easy to make delicious grilled mix!
Preheat a large chargrill pan or barbecue over high heat. Place the smoked and sweet paprika, the chilli, garlic, lemon rind, oil, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl and mix to combine. Reserve and set aside ¼ cup (60ml) of the dressing.
Place the crabs, scallops, prawns, fish, calamari and mussels in a large roasting pan. Drizzle with the paprika dressing and toss to coat.
Grill on each side & Set aside and keep warm:
CRABS: 5 min.
Scallops: 3 min.
Prawns / Fish Calamari: 2 min.
Mussels: 2 min. or until open
Place the seafood onto a large serving platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with the reserved dressing.
Serve with lemon wedges and salt, to taste. Enjoy!
